• Please note that the duration of each style is listed in the description box, and that is the accurate time your appointment will take. Please also keep in mind that dome styled might take longer depending on the length & density.

▪️Extra guest are not allowed. Parents are allowed to bring children to appointment. You MUST select the option in add-ons. ( I do not recommend this option if you are getting a hair style that is longer than 5-6 hours.

▪️A mandatory $25 Non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments.

▪️NO VENMO OR CASH APP. REMAINING BALANCE MUST BE PAID IN CASH,ZELLE, APPLE PAY, OR THOUGH WEBSITE WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD.

▪️All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, for any no call no show. Unless I cancel or reschedule.

▪️Transferred deposits are only valid within 30 days from your original scheduled appointment.

▪️Being late to your appointment will affect my schedule.

▪️Please make arrangements to make sure that you are on time for your appointment. After 15 minutes. I have all rights to cancel your appointment & reschedule. Please keep in mind if we do go forward with your appointment after the 15 minutes grace period. There will be a $20 late fee.

▪️If by any chance I am running late, I will let you know at least 2hrs in advance. There will also be a $20 discount.

▪️Please have your hair prewashed. Blowing it out is optional, I do it free of charge. If you do not use heat on your hair, please be sure to have your hair fully stretched out. Free of any product NO OILS, NO HEAVY LEAVE-IN CONDITIONER, I will moisturize your hair myself.

▪️If you arrive to your appointment with your hair dirty or greasy, we will have to reschedule.

▪️If you would like to make any changes to your hair style, please let me know 24hrs in advance. Changes cannot be made the day of your appointment, unless the new style you pick has a shorter time frame.

▪️There is wi-fi available, feel free to bring your laptop if you need to work. If you have any work conference call and need me to mute the tv let me know.

▪️I do not take any breaks other than bathroom breaks.

▪️You can order food, but I will not stop the service, we will continue to work on your hair while you eat.

▪️If you have sensitive scalp, be sure to choose ACV wash as a add on. It is free of charge. ACV lifts the alkaline base from the hair, and once dry, it can be installed without causing irritation to the scalp and hairline.

▪️If you would like to bring your own human hair for your appointment, please consult with me in advance.

▪️HAIR IS PROVIDED FOR LOCS & BRAIDS SERVICES (HUMAN HAIR NOT INCLUDED). YOU MUST PROVIDE YOU OWN HAIR FOR SEW-INS

HAIR CONDITION:

▪️Your hair MUST BE AT LEAST 3 inches for small and smedium knotless box braids; & AT LEAST 4 inches for medium, large and jumbo.

▪️Please refrain from getting a blunt cut before your appointment. (Blunt ends will stick out of your braids). I will have to make your braids thicker.

▪️Please make sure that what you pay for is what you are getting. So, before you leave, you have more than enough time to tell me if you want me to make any changes to the style.

▪️After your appointment., you have up to 72hrs to contact me about any problems with your style. Ex: If a loc is unraveling or a braid has fallen out.

▪️All house calls must be booked AT LEAST 2 weeks in advance & can only be booked on Tuesday & Saturday. We must start by 9:30AM or 10:30AM the latest. There is a $100 traveling fee.

I recommend human hair for any boho-braids. Wearing a silk scarf or bonnet at night will keep your braids moisturized and prevent them from tangling up when you sleep. Please keep in mind you do have to maintain the human haa
